Behind every event, fundraiser, volunteer opportunity, teacher appreciation surprise, and family activity is a team of dedicated parent volunteers working together to support Cleveland students, staff, and families.
Executive Board
KILEy fRUHwIRtH
President
Kiley has proudly served on the PTA Board for the past six years. Volunteering at school events is one of her favorite things to do! When she's not at a school event, you'll usually find her cheering on her boys at the baseball, soccer, or football field. Outside of volunteering and sports, Kiley works in Accounting and Human Resources at Erika Records.
Student(s): Cooper (3rd Grade) and Zane (6th Grade)
Favorite PTA Event: Trunk or Treat - so fun to see all the creative trunks & costumes!
Favorite Snack: Anything salty!
Fun Fact: Her favorite place to be is their family home in Big Pine, California, surrounded by family and friends.
DANIELLE RUssELL
Vice President
Danielle has served in PTA leadership for eight years, including six years with Cleveland PTA. She enjoys creating events and experiences that bring joy to students and families. Outside of PTA, Danielle is President of the Lakewood Village Little League A-Team and works as a Senior Business Consultant for ARCO ampm.

Fun Fact: Danielle shares her home with 10 pets!
ELIsE PAGATPATAN
Secretary
This is Elise's second year serving on the PTA Board, though she has been an active PTA member for many years. She loves being involved because it gives her the opportunity to support our school, connect with other families, and spend extra time with her kids. Outside of PTA, Elise teaches middle and high school math at Fusion Academy. When she's not teaching or volunteering, you'll usually find her cheering on her kids at scouting events, soccer games, or drum lessons!

Fun Fact: She enjoys experimenting with new dessert recipes!
HELEN yOUNG
Financial Secretary
Helen has lived in Lakewood since 2009. Her son Sam attended TK at Cleveland in 2018-19, and James has been at Cleveland since Kindergarten. She is an Appraiser for the Los Angeles County Assessor's Office, where she's worked for 21 years. She enjoys traveling and going to concerts, and she is excited to help make this a great school year at Cleveland!

Favorite PTA Event: Trunk-or-Treat because of all the creative trunk designs every year!
Favorite Snack: Wilde Buffalo Chips
Fun Fact: Helen loves camping in the redwoods in Northern California.
JOycE ALMAZAN
Treasurer
This is Joyce’s second year serving on the Cleveland PTA Board! Outside of PTA, she works as an Insurance Product Manager for AAA. In her free time, you’ll most likely find her cheering on her son’s baseball team, watching Dodgers games, or tuning in to just about any sporting event!

Fun Fact: The family dog, Cody, was named after Cody Bellinger—because he’s a true Dodger Dog!
EnIKA tUMAnOV
Parliamentarian
Enika is excited to serve as Cleveland PTA’s Parliamentarian for the 2026–2027 school year. This is her first year serving on the PTA Board, though she has been an active volunteer since her child began attending Cleveland. Her favorite part of PTA is seeing students smiling, having fun, and making memories at school events. Outside of PTA, Enika works as a Graduate Advisor at UCLA. In her free time, you’ll find her cheering from the sidelines at her child’s soccer games or enjoying off-roading adventures in the desert with her family.

EMILy sHERBURN
5th Grade Coordinator
Emily is serving her third year on the Cleveland PTA! After spending her first two years as our Fundraising Coordinator, she’s excited to continue volunteering and getting to know the Cleveland community even more. When she’s not volunteering with PTA, you’ll likely find Emily cheering on her kids at a baseball or soccer game. When she gets a little free time, she loves to curl up with a good book or go for a run.

Favorite Snack: Fresh peaches
Fun Fact: Emily has traveled all over the world! Some of her favorite places she’s visited are Ghana, the Cook Islands, and Thailand.
ROwENA VALDERRAMA
Room Rep Coordinator
Rowena is in her second year serving on the Cleveland PTA Board as our Room Representative Coordinator. She’s grateful to be part of the PTA because it gives her the opportunity to support and celebrate Cleveland’s teachers, staff, and fellow parents and guardians. Rowena is a marine biologist who made a career switch into teaching. You may recognize her around campus, as she regularly serves as a substitute teacher at Cleveland Elementary! She feels incredibly blessed to teach students across all grade levels, which gives her the unique opportunity to watch them grow from year to year.

Fun Fact: When she’s not teaching, you’ll most likely find Rowena paddle boarding or birding!
HEIDI yOcKy
Communications Coordinator
Heidi is entering her second year on the Cleveland PTA Board as Communications Coordinator. She loves using creativity and technology to keep Cleveland families informed through the PTA website, social media, emails, and event promotions. When she's not volunteering at school, she's usually at the baseball, or soccer field with her three boys in tow. She also works as a Marketing Manager for a stormwater treatment and consulting company.

Favorite Snack: Chips and salsa and a cold Dr. Pepper
Fun Fact: In her free time, you can find her fishing and floating on the lake in Lake Arrowhead.
ARIN DEAR
Hospitality Coordinator
This is Arin's second year serving on the PTA Board as the Hospitality Coordinator–a role that fits her perfectly since creating memorable experiences is her thing! As a full-time event professional, she loves bringing people together and adding special touches that make others feel celebrated. When she's not working or helping with PTA, Arin is in full-on mom mode, taking her kids to swim, dance, and track & field. She loves being part of the school community and is excited for another year of creating memories and bringing a little extra fun to campus!
